HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL BITTORRENT
A lot of internet users have difficulties installing the torrent client BitTorrent on their computer, so we thought of writing a post that will show step by step instructions on how to install the torrent client BitTorrent on their computer. In this step by step guide to install the torrent client BitTorrent we are assuming that the user is using Firefox browser on Windows OS. For Internet Explorer IE users the steps will be almost the same except the step where you download and save the BitTorrent client on your computer before you start installing it.
Follow these steps in order to install BitTorrent Client on your Windows OS computer:
Open your web browser Firefox and go to this llink :http://www.bittorrent.com/btusers/download/?
The above link will look like the following screenshot in your browser
Click on the green rectangular button that says “Free Download”, it will take you to download web page and also open one more small window on top of it. This should look like the following screenshot…
You see a small “Save File” button on the smaller window, click on the “Save File” button to start downloading the BitTorrent installation exe file to your computer.
Once the file has completely downloaded onto your computer, browse to the location where the file has got downloaded and double click on the file to start installing the BItTorrent client s/w to your computer.
Follow the instructions from there and the BitTorrent client will be installed on your computer.
After the installation of BitTorrent is complete on your computer you can double click the BitTorrent shourtcut on your desktop to run it. When the BitTorrent client runs on your computer you should see a window that will looks something like the following screenshot..
