AOL to Layoff one third, 2500 employees

November 19th, 2009 Posted in International

aolEveryone is saying “The Bad  Time is Over” but is it true?!!  not if you have to go by what AOL is about to do. AOL has announced that it will seek voluntary resignation from about 2500 employess and if that does not happen AOL will go ahead and layoff them anyway.  It’s been not a week since AOL decided to go public and here comes a very contradicting  sad news for all it’e employees.
After Tim Armstrong joined AOL as CEO he has been doing a big organizatioanl re-structuring of the company. AOL is certainly doing it for their own business reasons but doesn’t it show in a very big way that “The Bad Time is still NOT OVER” and even BIGGIES like AOL is still trying their ways out to survive it.
