India Srilanka ODI Schedule DEC 2009

After Test Matchs  and exciting T20 matches now it’s time to enjoy the ODI matches between India and SriLanka. If you watched the last one day international match between India and SriLanka you would agree that ODI is not dead and the skills that crickets have learned in T20 is now helping them to make ODIs massive success.
First ODI match of this series between India and SriLanka happened on 15th Dec and India scored a huge 414 runs for 7 wickets in 50 overs.

As unachieveable as this huge target of 414 runs might sound but Srilanka came very close to win this match. Unfortunately Srilanka lost it by just 3 runs. Read the story here.

The excitement that this first match between India and Srilanka has brought to cricket crazy India has raised expectations from forthcoming matches and we can expect t20 like excitement for the rest of this series.

Second ODI match between India and Sri Lanka was scheduled to take place in Vishakapatnam but it has been moved to Nagpur because of some unstable political situations in Vishakapatnam. Both the teams have already reached Nagpur and the match will take place without any change in dates.
