Jackson was “murdered”, says death certificate
‘King of pop’ Michael Jackson was “murdered“, a British newspaper claimed on Sunday, quoting a death certificate issued by Los Angeles coroner. ‘News of the World’ has claimed to have obtained a copy of the original document and an amendment to it. In the original certificate dated July 7, deputy coroner Cheryl Mac Willie did not cite the cause of death. But the certificate was later amended by medical examiner Christopher Rogers on August 31 who gave the cause of death as “homicide” according to the newspaper.
Rogers concluded that 50 year old Pop icon- whose “thriller” remains the bestselling music album of all time. - died from “acute propofol intoxication” due to “intravenous injection by another”
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles police department has finalised its investigation into Jackson’s death on June 25 last year. His personal physician Conrad Murray, has already hired lawyers to defend himself in case he is charged.
